A New Trade Organization
American Real Estate Association is a new trade association built for real estate agents, by real estate agents, for the real estate industry. We will act nationally and think locally. We will work to educate policy makers and the public on issues that matter most to us. We will provide unflinching advocacy and unrelenting organizing on behalf of our members. The stakes right now are enormous - not just for the industry but for the American public.
A National MLS
The National Listing Service (NLS) will accelerate innovation, streamline data, provide greater exposure to listings, and better connect sellers to buyers. This move is not just about efficiency; it's about revolutionizing the real estate experience. Listing data, regardless of your local market, will be available to American Real Estate Association members. For over 25 years the real estate community has talked about the need for a national MLS. Finally, we will make that a reality.
Education
Our cutting-edge platform will include interactive online courses, immersive in-person training sessions, and a wealth of resources designed to elevate industry standards. American Real Estate Association agents will be the best informed, and best trained in the industry. Our commitment to education extends beyond agents to the wider community. We will launch programs aimed at enhancing public understanding of home ownership, emphasizing its value, and demystifying the home buying process.
